COOKIE MANAGEMENT POLICY

PREAMBLE

My Bubble Health is committed to ensuring the protection of your data and respecting your privacy. In this regard, you can consult our commitments regarding the protection of personal data online by visiting the following page: Privacy policy – MyBubbleHealth

Our priority is to ensure that you fully understand the nature of the cookies we collect and how we use them to improve your browsing experience.

ARTICLE 1 : DEFINITION D’UN COOKIE

The CNIL defines a cookie as a small file stored by a server on a user’s device (computer, phone, etc.) and associated with a web domain. This file is automatically sent back during subsequent contacts with the same domain. Cookies are trackers that can analyze your browsing, your movements, and your consumption or viewing habits in order to then offer you targeted advertisements or services.

There are different types of cookies:

Necessary (Essential) cookies for site operation These cookies contribute to the proper functioning of the site and its features. These trackers do not require your consent. However, you can configure your browser to block them. This may result in negative effects on the site’s functionality. Here is the CNIL’s advice on how to best manage your browser: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/cookies-et-autres-traceurs/comment-se-proteger/maitriser-votre-navigateur

Audience measurement cookies exempt from consent We use audience measurement cookies that are exempt from consent. These cookies allow us to obtain information about how visitors use our website. For example, they allow us to know which pages and sections are the most consulted, the type of device used (smartphone, computer, tablet), or the web browser used.

We have chosen an audience measurement partner (Koko Analytics) that has worked closely with the CNIL to fulfill the conditions recommended by them by default. The solution used is therefore authorized to operate without obtaining your prior consent before the cookies are placed. In France, this is granted only to audience measurement tools that meet several cumulative conditions (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act):

  • Data collection strictly necessary for the provision of the service expressly requested by the user;

  • Purpose limited to strict audience measurement;

  • General compliance with the GDPR.

Their purpose is limited solely to measuring the site’s audience, exclusively on our behalf. They produce only anonymous statistical data. No cross-referencing of data with other processing or transmission of this data to third parties is implemented. The cookies used do not allow for global tracking of a person’s navigation on other sites or applications. By default, all collected and processed data subject to the publication of anonymous analysis reports is kept for a maximum of 25 months from the initial data collection. This retention period, distinct from that mentioned in Article 3, allows for the comparison of audience trends from one year to the next.

Third-party cookies The list of third parties that our site relies on is contained in the cookie management window. They require your consent. Through these cookies, third parties also collect and use your data for their own purposes. This is particularly the case for video playback or redirection to sites such as LinkedIn.

Optional cookies The list of optional cookies is presented in the cookie management table (Article 3). They require your consent as they are not essential for your navigation.
